I have read some great books on the subject. Although some people might disagree with the way I perceive reality is being created or what can be done to change it! I have read that reality is being projected by the brain.

The brain processes data that it receives through our senses at a certain frequency. When our brains are stimulated at the right frequency, we perceive certain things as if they were real. If you are not aware of all of the information your brain is receiving through your senses every day, you will lose touch with reality.

You will see things differently than someone else who is aware of the same things every day.
